Hi it looks weird if we use the image with camera noise when creating designs. Few people asked me in some posts how to remove it using Photoshop.
In all new Photoshop versions there is a
Filter>Noise>Reduce Noise.
Try to play with the values. It really works for most of the images. But be cautious that dont make it too much Blur.
Now to sharpen it:
Filter>Sharpen>Unsharp Mask.
Try to manage with values.
for the rest effect use Levels in Image>Adjustments>Level.
